Our Staff

All full-time staff in our Infant, Toddler and Preschool programs are Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and have a strong desire to positively impact the growth and development of the children in our Centre and our community.

Many of our staff have been at Pat Schulz for over 10 years or more, which we feel is a strong testament to their commitment and dedication, their belief in our programs and philosophies, and the strength and stability of our Centre.

Professional Development
Each staff member is entitled to two days of professional development each year. We attend workshops, network with other child care centres and stay current with the changing trends in child care. Staff meetings are also a place to share information and resources and expand our knowledge.
